Can I assign a tenant to multiple buildings?
Yes. One tenant company can be associated with as many buildings as it occupies.
What does the Missing data status mean?
Required lease fields are missing on the tenant. It does not affect user access.
Why do many tenants show dashes for rent and RSF?
These fields are optional and may not have been populated yet.
Why does building population show a dash?
The building has no registered users yet.
Why can't I add a domain like gmail.com?
Generic email providers are blocked to prevent unintended access.
Can I tag tenants or buildings?
Not yet. Tags apply to people and contacts only.
Who can manage tags?
Super admins, managers, and user admins.
Can I delete a building?
Not self-serve. Contact HqO Support.
