Can I edit a survey after it goes live?
No. Only Draft and Scheduled surveys can be edited.
Who can see a survey?
The audience of the content tile it is linked to.
Can a tenant respond to the same survey more than once?
Yes. There is no per-user limit on responses.
What happens if I delete the linked content tile?
The survey reverts to Draft so you can attach it to another tile.
How is post-service feedback collected?
Through an in-app prompt after interactions such as a completed service request.
Can I respond to individual tenant feedback?
Not from the Sentiment page.
