What Leesman does
Ask the people in the building. Compare the answers.
Leesman surveys the people who work in a building about the activities they do and how well the space supports each one. The same questions, asked the same way, in every building, make the answers comparable across organizations, cities, and years.
Inside HqO that measurement sits next to the record of the building itself, so a low score on focus work or a high score on the café can be read against the floor, the lease, and the engagement data for the same tenant.
