Pricing

How pricing works.

The shape of the price, by segment, before the conversation starts. No figures here; those come from the Value Assessment on your own portfolio.

The shape

Four segments. Four units.

Each part of HqO is priced on the unit that matches how it is used. Nothing below is a figure; it is what the figure is measured in.

  1. 01

    Office and mixed-use

    By square foot

The platform is priced on the square footage under management. Add buildings and the price follows the portfolio, not the number of logins.

  2. 02

    Industrial

    Flat, per building

Industrial assets carry a flat price per building. Large footprints with few occupants are not charged as if they were office towers.

  3. 03

    REX

    Per user, plus usage

REX is priced per person who uses it, plus the work it does. Answers, reports, and agent runs are the usage.

  4. 04

    Commerce

    Transaction fees, only where enabled

Transaction fees apply only to buildings where Commerce is switched on and money moves through the platform. Turn it off and there is no fee.

What is included

What each suite includes.

A suite is bought as a whole. The products below are what comes with it, labeled by maturity. HqOS, the operator's home, is included with the platform and never priced on its own.

Why publish this

Why we publish the shape.

Most commercial real estate software publishes nothing about how it is priced. We think you should know the unit before you take the meeting. The shape tells you whether HqO fits the way your portfolio is built, and the Value Assessment puts it against your own buildings, in writing, before anyone asks you to sign.

Get the number for your portfolio.

The Value Assessment maps your buildings to the suites that fit and puts the shape against your own portfolio. Free, formal, and yours to keep.
