Help Hub
Do tenants need approval for every booking?

No. Turn on Auto-confirm per resource and those bookings confirm on their own.

How do tenants make a booking?

In the mobile app or the web portal. The booking appears in Requests, as Pending if approval is required.

Can I see who booked a specific resource?

Yes. Click the block on the calendar or find it in Requests.

What does the Combined badge mean?

Two or more spaces that can be booked together as one resource.

Can I export booking data?

Yes. Use Export .CSV on the Requests tab.

What is the difference between a resource type and a collection?

A type is a system category. A collection is a custom group you create for discovery.
