Help Hub
What is the difference between a product and a resource booking?

A resource booking is a time-based reservation. A product is a discrete purchasable item.

Can I limit a product to specific tenants?

Yes. Set the product's availability by building and audience.

Can different resource types have different tax rates?

Yes. Bookings and products carry separate tax rules per building.

What happens to existing transactions if I change a tax rate?

Nothing. The new rate applies to new transactions only.

Can I filter transactions by tenant company?

Yes, by tenant company and by date range.

How far back does the transaction history go?

It depends on your plan.
