Can I send the same communication to multiple buildings?
Yes. Turn on Portfolio view and choose an audience that spans the buildings you want.
How do I cancel a scheduled communication before it sends?
Delete it from the Scheduled tab any time before the send time.
Can I edit a communication after scheduling it?
Yes, up until the scheduled send time.
Why didn't all tenants receive my push notification?
Push requires the tenant to have allowed notifications on their device. Pair push with email when a message must reach everyone.
Can I reuse a previous communication?
Yes. Use Duplicate from the row menu and edit the copy.
What does Failed mean in the Sent tab?
Delivery could not complete, usually because of a sender-domain or recipient configuration issue.
Can I test an email before sending?
Yes. Use Send test communication in the Preview step to send it to yourself.
