Single app
DirectionOne HqO app across every building a person uses, with the record following them from the office to the lab to the warehouse.
Apps & channels
Tenants open the portal or the app. Visitors meet a kiosk in the lobby. Operators live in HqOS on the phone and at the desk. Soon, analysts will ask their own AI assistant. All of them read the same Digital Grid, under the same permissions.
Tenant portal
Tenants and their employees sign in to see what is on today, book a room, register a visitor, submit a request, and read the announcements that apply to them. Tenant admins manage their company's people and spending from the same place.

Public website
Not everyone who uses the building has an account. Public pages let anyone see what is on, read building content, and book an amenity or a room without signing in, and every booking lands on the same record as the ones made from the app.
Amenities and rooms you choose to open up, booked from a public page and approved by the same rules as any other booking.
Building information, events, and announcements published to a public site, kept current from one place.

Mobile app
The HqO app on iOS and Android is the building in hand: mobile access credentials, bookings, requests, events, visitors, credits, and the messages that matter. Many customers run it under their own building's brand.
Many customers publish the app under their own building or portfolio brand. Same platform, their name on the icon.

Wallet
Employee badges live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A phone or watch taps the reader and the door opens, with the credential issued, scheduled, and revoked from Access control on the same record as everything else.
Express mode on the phone and the watch means the badge works without opening an app or waking the screen.
Credentials follow the person's role and schedule. When someone leaves, the badge in the wallet goes with them.

Kiosks & signage
Visitor check-in, room availability outside the door, announcements and content on the lobby screens. Kiosks and signage read the same record as the app, so what the screen says matches what the tenant sees on the phone.

AI assistants
BetaThe Digital Grid publishes a Model Context Protocol server, so the AI assistants your team already uses can read the record under the same permissions as any other surface. Ask about a lease, a request queue, or a booking from the tool you are already in.
An assistant sees exactly what the person asking is allowed to see. Nothing more.
Questions are answered directly. Anything that changes the record drafts into My Work like every other REX action.

HqOS
Every surface above reads and writes the same record. HqOS is where your own team works with it: the operator's home on mobile and desktop, where REX's drafts wait for approval. It comes with the platform and is never sold separately.
Where this goes Direction
The direction is fewer surfaces, not more. A single app that carries the tenant's badge, bookings, credits, and messages across every building they use. Further out, the building as a capability of the phone's operating system: a badge in the wallet, a room in the calendar, a request from the lock screen. Labeled direction until it ships.
One HqO app across every building a person uses, with the record following them from the office to the lab to the warehouse.
The building’s services as native capabilities of the phone, with no app to open. The record stays on the Digital Grid either way.
Tenants and employees can get the app today. Owners and operators can see every surface on their own buildings in a 30-minute demo.
