How is a "building" defined for pricing purposes?
A building is a single addressable property — typically a street address with one or more floors. Multi-building campuses count as the number of discrete buildings, not the campus as a whole.
Can I add more users or buildings mid-contract?
Yes. Professional plans can expand to additional buildings through seat expansion add-ons. Enterprise contracts are typically structured with unlimited scaling from day one.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Professional customers get a dedicated onboarding specialist for the first 90 days. We migrate your existing lease data, configure your Digital Grid schema, and train your team. Typical time-to-live is 3–6 weeks.
Is there a free trial or sandbox environment?
Yes. All plans include access to a sandbox environment with synthetic data pre-loaded. Developer accounts get permanent sandbox access. Professional trials are available for qualified portfolios — contact sales.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Annual contracts receive 15% off monthly rates. Multi-year contracts are negotiated individually on Enterprise. We do not offer month-to-month on Enterprise.
How does pricing work for property managers operating on behalf of multiple owners?
