That is HqO's purpose, in the words the founders wrote. Cities prosper when the buildings in them work for the people inside. Five beliefs follow from it, and every product on this site answers to one of them.
Five things we hold to be true.
Keep tenants longer
A tenant kept is worth more than a tenant found. The signals that a tenant is drifting exist months before the notice arrives. Buildings should read them.
Run buildings for less without cutting quality
Operating cost is mostly the cost of the loop not closing. Work that is routed, tracked, and finished costs less than work that is chased, and the building is better for it.
Decide faster on real data
Every screen should read the same record. When the rent roll, the work order, and the sentiment survey describe the same building, the decision is faster and the argument is shorter.
Your data stays yours
The record of your buildings belongs to you. So does what your organization has learned about them. The rules about what leaves are yours to set.
We ship with the team inside
Software for buildings should ship like buildings run: on a schedule, in the open, with a team that answers. A monthly release train and a public changelog are how we keep that promise.
