The Story
HqO was founded in 2018 by Chase Garbarino (CEO), Kevin McCarthy (CTO), Greg Gomer (CCO), and Jared Stenquist. The company has raised more than $200M from investors including Insight Partners, Accomplice, Koch Real Estate Investments, Related, and JLL Spark.
What started as tenant experience software is now the AI platform for commercial real estate — the operating system, the data foundation, and the operator that runs on top of both.
