Fixed: Lease amendment date validation edge case with backdated commencements
A validation edge case was causing false errors when processing lease amendments with backdated commencement dates in fiscal periods that had already closed. This has been corrected. Historical amendments processed after close are now handled correctly.

REX churn probability models now incorporate engagement velocity — the rate at which a tenant's event attendance, comms open rate, and service satisfaction are trending, not just their current level. Tenants trending down now receive higher risk signals even if current scores appear healthy.

Tenants can now pre-register recurring visitors (e.g., weekly consultants, monthly board members) with configurable cadences and automatic access pass generation. Recurring visitors appear in the visitor log with a recurrence indicator.

Fixed: Mobile access credential sync delay on iOS 18.3
A timing issue in the iOS SDK caused mobile access credentials to sync with a 30–90 second delay after provisioning in environments using OSDP-over-BLE. This has been resolved. Credentials now sync within 3 seconds of provisioning.
